“Jason, I just want to take a minute to thank you and your people for an excellent job on our pool/patio. I would particularly like to acknowledge Tommy and his partner. Tommy’s meticulous attention to detail ensured the lighting was installed professionally and esthetically pleasing. Additionally, his courteous and professional demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. Marcio and his crew were outstanding also. Marcio is a true Craftsman who takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows. He doesn’t cut corners. Although his demeanor can be stand-offish, it’s difficult to argue with his finished product. The only suggestion I would offer would be to put down some covering on the pool while cutting the coping. This would cut down on 80 percent of the debris going into the pool which would make the clean-up much easier and limit damage to pool surface. Finally, Nora was also very professional and responsive to the needs of the project. She was very pleasant and a good ambassador for your company.
